Sims is one of five women accused of attacking a man trying to help them at a McDonald's drive through on Dayton's Free Pike back in June.
Police say the victim - who now cannot see out of his right eye - was trying to mediate a confrontation when Sims started beating him.
"She was completely wrong in this attack. Not only did she perpetrate against the victim but she had it all wrong in that this was the wrong individual. He was actually a good samaritan in this case trying to help out," said Sergeant Dan Mauch of the Dayton Police Department.
Police are still investigating and say it's possible the other women involved could be charged.
Investigators ask if anyone knows Sim's whereabouts to contact Dayton Police.
